| Fishing Los Cabos: Cabo has great fishing throughout the year. However, the prime fishing begins in September and lasts through May. Blue and Black Marlin are best through November with Stripe Marlin being best December through April. Sailfish are best August through October. Small dorado (5 to 15 pounds) can be found in large schools September through November and the "Big Bull" dorado are best March through May. Yellowfin tuna are found moving through the area all year long with April through November being best. Roosterfish begins to move in the area in February with March through May being best. Wahoo are caught throughout the year and mostly incidental catches. However, the best time to target wahoo is off San Jose del Cabo in November. Need tackle?
