| Fishing - Prime time fishing for the big tarpon up to 200+ pounds is best March 1 to June 10th and again September 1 to November 10th. Other fish to be caught in the ocean or river are snook, giant barracuda and jack crevalle. Offshore, there are tuna, king mackerel, wahoo, dorado and billfish. The boats are 23 foot deep V fiberglass hulls powered by yamaha 150 hp motors. All 12 boats are are rigged to run offshore for wahoo, tuna and billfish. The lodge does have their own fully stocked tackle shop. All equipement is top of the line and in like new condition. |
